All workout plans are designed and personalised to YOUR goals, fitness level and workout preferences. You can choose how often you train, whether that being in the gym or in your home! With your own bespoke personalised workout programme, you will build the workout routine you want to allow you to achieve UNBELIEVABLE results!


Your plan will be updated monthly so you are always progressing and moving forward towards your goals as your body adapts, going through different training blocks!


You don’t need to worry about working out the sets, reps and rest times, I will tell you how many to do just to make it more simple for you! It is super easy to follow. 


Remember how you train will be super effective on your progress, so your form and how you execute an exercise is essential. There will be video demonstrations of myself demonstrating how to perform each exercise correctly just to help you out if you are stuck on my members only App!


In addition to your home and gym plans, you will have access to the Yoga, Breath Work, Abs challenge, Summer shred and Stretches area to make things more exciting and fun. I always think being physically active is great, but its essential we take care of our mental wellbeing too and this is where maybe doing a 5 minute Yoga routine in the morning and Breath Work session would be great to help start our day on those good, positive vibes!!

When we eat good and fuel our body with what it needs, lots of micronutrients and with the right macronutrients, we 100% feel the benefits in ourselves! It releases the feel good hormones, endorphins like no other and we start to feel good on the inside and look even better on the outside!


Your meal plan is designed and personalised to YOU and YOUR goals, dietary requirements and specific caloric and macronutrient needs.


Remember as your body adapts, your nutritional needs will need to change. Your meal plan will be updated regularly as your body changes and responds, giving you different meal ideas to try out to help you get to the next level with your physique and your health!


Meal prepping will be made easy for you, you will get a shopping list made for you so you know exactly what you need to buy from the supermarket each week. All you have to do is tick off the list as you shop!


You don’t need to give up your favourite foods, remember there is no restrictions! I will ensure your plan factors in your likes and dislikes to make it enjoyable but also sustainable for you. I promise you, you will look forward to every meal!

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or quarterly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

  • Refunds and returns.

  • Is this good for a beginner?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.

ABOUT YOUR TRAINER

Maddie Tagg

Just before my fitness journey began, I felt really self conscious in my body. It was when I was on a girls holiday back in 2018, I felt like I couldn’t wear a bikini or the clothes I liked. I thought something needs to change, I can’t allow myself to feel this way at my age. It motivated to push to become the best version of myself.


 I took the plunge and thought it is time to take myself out of my comfort zone, push myself hard and make that change in my body, for both my physical and mental health. I wanted to feel good within myself, have a positive relationship with exercising and nutrition, but also still allow myself to have that healthy balance of going to social events whilst feeling great in myself!


After transforming my own health, physique and life and developing an incredible passion for fitness over the years, I thought about how I would love to help many other people turn their lives around for the better, with the help of my own knowledge and guidance that I have developed over the years through my own experience.


I thoroughly believe if you get yourself in the right mindset of loving working out or going to the gym, the only way is up for you! You are only going to improve on the outside but also on the inside. You will never regret working out, I promise you, it has transformed my life!


I completed my L3 personal training course alongside other nutritional, scientific courses a while back, however the real knowledge developed when I got a coach myself and transformed my own body. I started to understand how to really transform your physique and health from A to B to become the very best version of yourself.


I began to transform and change lives through 1-1 coaching, but we are now expanding! Nothing ever feels as good as confidence does. 


Watching people get results from the plans I built for them, motivates me to be better for myself and them! Your plans are made bespoke to you and your specific needs and goals to ensure you achieve exactly what you want to achieve. Remember you can’t change over night, but I will help give you everything you need to create that change you are wanting to keep that is long lasting!
